OSX 10.5.2 (Leopard) on the Acer Aspire 5051 AWXMI

This howto is more or less a copy of my old one for the acer (10.4.8)

Download the following file....somewhere....

Leo4all 10.5.2 universal AMD intel sse2 3 Leopard install DvD

Burn the iso file and boot it on your acer aspire

Do not begin to install!

In the taskbar>utilities>diskutility

Select the partition you want to install to (D: in this case)
Erase Free Space (second tab) with Mac OS Extended (1st option) and wait until the erasing is finished.
Now you can begin the install (the disk/partition will have a green arrow)
Select (options button) only the AMD-System-Fix.....the essential software and bootloader are default (u need these)

After install you should be able to boot the installed partition on your HD

Not finished as you can see!! ......Cannot change screenresolutions in display settings!!

Read the instructions in the driverpackets carefully....

1. -display
2. reboot
3. -sound (only external devices will work)
4. reboot (and check)
5. -powermanagement (not workin well...yet)
6. reboot (and check)

The nic and broadcom will work out off the box with leo4all (check my old howto for 10.4.8 to see the diference)
